  • Within 48 hours from ordering, order cancel is available. If out of 48 hours, we will not accept any order cancel. Modification on stock order is not acceptable. Modification on custom order in 72 hours after placing is free of charge; if out of 72 hours, it will charge on modification, and the detailed charge standard refers to the website clauses.

1.Can I Color or Restyle the Hair Extension?

  • Yes. Virgin hair are support to be dye/bleach or restyle. We recommend getting them colored or a new style by a professional and experienced hairstylist who has previous experience working with hair extensions. We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent shape as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions. We strongly do not recommend frequent processing, as it is a very harsh and harmful chemical process which will alter the quality of your hair extensions.

2.How Many Bundles Hair Do I Need?

  • 3~4 bundles according to your head size and the effect you prefer, hair more than 20'' 4bundles will be recommended. If you want full effect, 4bundles are necessary. 3bundles for small size head or combine top closures is good choice.

3.Did the hair keep pattern well after wash?

  • Except body wave do not act well, other textures all keep the pattern well after wash. The reason for body wave "loose texture" is the body wave is not kind of original very wavy hair, that's why after wash it turns to natural wavy or natural straight. Other than that this is really quality Brazilian virgin hair can dyed to any color, curl and wand beautifully!

4.What is the Virgin Hair?

  • The most favorable hair is one that is made from healthy virgin hair, meaning hair that has never been chemically treated, with minimal processing. Virgin hair is cut from an individual, it's root to tip direction is maintained and its cuticle is left intact. Its quality has been certified through over a year of laboratory testing, and it will not lose its natural healthy texture even through long term use. The natural look and feel of real hair that is only possible with Virgin Hair will remain use after shampoo.
